3. Refund Processing

3.2. Service Termination: Upon processing a refund, your access to TNT Botly services will be immediately terminated.

3.3. Partial Refunds: No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods.

4. After 30 Days

4.1. Non-Refundable: After 30 days, paid subscription fees are non-refundable except when required by applicable law.

4.2. Exceptional Circumstances: Refund requests beyond 30 days may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

5. Subscription Cancellations

5.1. Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

5.2. Access Until Expiration: After cancellation, you will retain access to TNT Botly services until the end of your current billing period.

5.3. No Automatic Refunds: Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.

6. Free Trial Periods

6.1. Eligibility: TNT Botly may, at its sole discretion, offer a subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time.

6.2. Billing Information: You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the free trial.

6.3. No Charges During Trial: If you enter your billing information when signing up for a free trial, you will not be charged by TNT Botly until the free trial has expired.

6.4. Automatic Billing: On the last day of the free trial period, unless you canceled your subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fees for the type of subscription you have selected.

6.5. Terms Modification: At any time and without notice, TNT Botly reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the free trial offer, or (ii) cancel such free trial offer.

7. Subscriptions

7.1. Paid Service: Some parts of the Service are available with a paid subscription.

7.2. Billing Cycle: For subscription purchases, you will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing the subscription.

8. Subscription Period

8.1. Automatic Renewal: At the end of each period, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or TNT Botly cancels it.

9. Subscription Cancellations

9.2. Refund Eligibility: If you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund under our money back guarantee policy.

9.3. Post-30-Day Cancellations: For cancellations after the 30-day period, you will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current subscription period, but you will be able to access the Service until the end of your current subscription period.

10. Billing

10.1. Billing Information: You shall provide TNT Botly with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information.

10.2. Failed Billing: Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, TNT Botly will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

11. Fee Changes

11.1. Modification Rights: TNT Botly, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the subscription fees.

11.2. Effective Date: Any subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current subscription period.

11.3. Prior Notice: TNT Botly will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your subscription before such change becomes effective.

11.4. Continued Use: Your continued use of the Service after the subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified subscription fee amount.

12. Promotions

12.1. Separate Rules: Any promotions made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these terms.

12.2. Review Requirements: If you participate in any promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy.

12.3. Conflicts: If the rules for a promotion conflict with these terms, the promotion rules will apply.
